Kent Care Homes Association is an independent organisation founded by like-minded providers to promote a level of care based on quality the service user can trust.

The Association was founded in 1980 and has grown significantly over the past thirty years supporting members across Kent and the surrounding areas.

The Head office is based in Rochester, Kent and run by our Office Manager. We also have a CRB Administrator who co-ordinates the process.

The elected Committee members give their time voluntarily and meet once a month to consider any developments in their industry at local and national level.

The Association holds a yearly conference and invites professional speakers as well as exhibitors.

Our primary function is to support our members and to provide a range of wider services including:

• CRB Disclosure Service
• Information on training opportunities
• Quality Assurance guidance for care providers
• Legal helpline provided by Brachers Solicitors in Maidstone
• Financial workshops in association with Lloyds TSB
